Is the Chopper cam helicopter helping the fire fighting effort by actually dropping buckets of water themselves? If not, they should bugger off out of there and leave airspace for those actually fighting the fires to get on with doing just that.....

No newschoppers arent equipped to carry heavy loads. I'm quite certain they arent in the way. In fact officials have said the live chopper feeds help them see where they need to be. Because they can fly over the hills and steep passes and ravines and such. So I think they are serving a purpose. LA has around 7 live Choppers in the air at one time. But I think since CBS bought KCAL 9 they show combined live footage from their shared newschopper. Plus you have to count the 4 live Choppers from the San Diego stations that are covering the story from the northern end of their viewing area.

Could you be any more disrespectful? Whether you were for or against the war, people died in it - and are still dying out there - and they deserve a bit more respect than you making it into a film title.

It may be all just cozy stuff you watch on your telly in your world, but to some people it's real.

I think there's a difference about making jokes about men and women who have died bravely fighting to try and fix the wrongs of the world and seeing the funny side of the predicament Arnie finds himself in.

Oh, and how can you blame stuff on Bush? I thought America was such a wonderful democracy that they elected their president. They picked him, they have to shoulder the responsibilty for his administration's policies.

So guess you shoulder the responsibiity for Blair involving the UK in the Iraq war. Hang your head mate. Well if you watched the news a few years ago, the Americans didnt elect Bush....They elected Gore.YOu are showing yourself to be heartless in your expressions for any kind of human suffering. What about the wars the British Empire waged around the globe for century. And the exporation of slave labour. So our arses dont smell like roses either mate. Anyway this is not the topic of this post. Go find some anti-american site to post you angers at the americans. This aint the place.
