As one pundit called it this -
and I suppose been a final series it's suffering from fatigue. It really is crap.
I have to admit I've never been too big a fan even in it's emerging days on an obsecure digital channel known to few (BBC 3).
We now appear to have developed a sketch where there's no real editorial control, some of the sketches have degenerated from routine to predictable and at worst tiresome now.
The established character's of Lou and Andy and Mrs Debeers and the such lack what made them funny, originality, instead now relying upon the shocking factor of seeing two obese women fight, or an old woman p iss herself - something I completely fail to see the point of.
I'm also uncomfortable with the racist undertones the (Dudley and Ping-Pong) jokes seem to be taking.
I wonder if this would be excepted in another context?
Whilst I'm someone who will feircly defend the right to free speech and joking, something the British do rather well, A joke need's to be done well to accuratly reflect social critism and yet I find it just boring.
On another note I found the funniest character one I hadn't seen before, the Careworker and to a degree thats what Matt Lucas and David Wallams to best, create new charatcers who are, in their own right, funny, not having to rely upon an established routine.
Simply put, It's the wrong time and dare one say channel, Wrong format and really shouldn't have been borught back for one final time.

I agree. Not even half as funny as the first episode.
That's normally the case with all comedy shows - episodes 1 and 6 are the strongest, then episode 2, then 3, then 4 and 5
Personally I think that compared with series 1 and 2 the hit to miss ratio of series 3 so far is a lot higher

You people are obviously not true Little Britain fans.
Ting Tong Macadangdang and Bubbles De Vere.
Sorry these things annoy me.

I thought Thursdays show was marginally better then last weeks shockingly poor opener (which was the worst episode ever IMO) but i agree that on the whole the show has completely lost it. The new characters are just not funny at all and the old ones rarely raise a chuckle anymore. Lou & Andy in particular are sooo boring.
Apparently the Xmas special (which I'm assuming is the last in the series) is quite 'final'. Emily Howard gives up cross dressing and Daffyd leaves the village for the London Gay scene.

Thanks for giving it away.
I actually reckon that Little Britain is slowly becoming a childrens comedy, but hints of an adult comedy. Not to mention Tom Baker's saying at the end of Episode 2:
"If you found this show in anyway distasteful, and wish to make a complaint, then please write to the Chucklebrothers, c/o CBBC"
I recall a survey being done with young teenagers, and they're results came back as The Simpsons at No.1 and Little Britain at No.2.
Talking of The Simpsons, that's losing it as well.

The first episode was very poor, I dont think I laughed once.
This weeks was a bit better. One character I think should make a return is the scottish "It contains no nuts" man.
The urinating lady has to go, so does Bubbles De Vere.... absolutely repulsive.
I seem to prefer the more tasteful ones such as Molly Sugden, the scottish man, Lou and Andy, the Computer Says No, Anne and occasionaly Vicky Pollard.
