Yes that is a strange theory

What I was referring to was any potential inferences about the character of the royal played by Simon Williams. During the show that character asks Brenda if she fancies a (I believe) "bunk up".

Now this could be construed in modern eyes as a slight on Prince Andrew. Again its a situation of looking at a 20th century show with 21st century views

I'm not casting any aspersions at all. Everyone is innocent until or unless proven guilty

Well I mean Bren was at least old enough to consent to it...

Well said Very Happy

It's just a theory and probably nowhere near the reasons why GOLD made the cut.

Isn’t it that Netflix have sourced the international versions, with cut points for adverts and very specific UK references removed?

I don’t know.

I’ll rephrase that, I am suggesting that is why. Bunk up wouldn’t be understood in most places.

Ah I see.

Pretty sure nothing is cut from the Netflix versions.
