I'm sure I heard the producer saying: 'Watch it Christopher!' during the live link-up with Notting Hill. If heard correctly it was probably when of Liquid News' gimmicks, like when the runner was seen on the set to emphasise BREAKING NEWS.
BTW: It's a great show. But I think they need to tone down some of the gay stuff.

Chris is an obnoxious pratt, who was very rude to a friend of mine. He has an ego bigger than his stomach, which is saying something.
He was overrated when he was Sybil Ruscoe's stand in on Radio 5
He produced Sybil actually. No doubt why he stood in. Was your mate a guest? He's brilliant with them.
He stood in when she was on holiday one week. He has also presented Up all night.
My mate was one of the technical staff. Christopher can be really obnoxious when he thinks he's not getting enough attention. He makes the floor managers life hell. No doubt even Techy has felt the rough side of his tounge

It doesn't answer the originial query about whether the producer was heard on air. Perhaps I'll record the repeat cos I missed most of the show anyway due to the fact it clashed with the Monday Night Football build up (great match BTW!).
Price is very entertaining most of the time, however his 'chatting up' can get very tedious after a while though & annoying. (BTW: I noticed that Price has made his way onto the I Love 199X series)
Iain Lee was excellent in his abscence is would make a great replacement for Price if he were ever to leave. Infact Lee should be used more. He was excellent on the 11 o'Clock show.
