Has anyone else read this in the papers, apparently Linda Barker has agreed terms with ITV to present THREE SHOWS for them, one of course being a makeover show. Surely Linda Barker overkill here?

Katherine thats not a fair swipe. She's as entitled to her crack of the whip as anyone else, as God knows her chance will be fleeting. She's come off the back of a successful reality gig and would be a fool to waste the opportunities. These 3 programmes (what 6 episodes each maybe?) could be TX'd over the next 12 months. Not that over-saturated, surely?
3 shows !!!! Surely that's enough to get an ITV ident out of her. I mean it's 3 more shows than Gerri Halliwell.
Gavin is right, it's her turn now, people have already complained of Carol Vorderman / Davina McCall overkill. At least it's a different face, until we get sick of it.

Now I must admit, her work isn't to my taste. I'm much more a Llewellyn-Bowen man, with a touch of Ryder-Richardson. She lives in Glasgow, don't you know.

It's more her presentation style that gets me. Lord knows the woman can't to some extent change her voice but it, with her laugh just grates against my eardrums (auditory hypersensitivity issues). I have to watch any show she does muted and with subtitles.

Hahahahaha!!! Just imagine if she was let loose in the BBC Newsroom - "I've replaced the desk with a massive green balloon, I've covered these boring chairs in raffia and I've used grass and leaves to border these huge plasma monitors, which I think works REALLY REALLY WELL!!!" Although to be honest I think she's already made her mark on BBC News - those squares on the wall on Breakfast must be her doing!

The reason we have Geri idents is cos she was on Popstars the Rivals - she as great on that and I love her idents!
