Yes. I must admit I chose to (mostly) watch Mr Fix It on BBC3, but tuned into to see the damp squib of a closing line. What was the big reveal that I missed?
From that admittedly limited viewing, I might suggest it would have had more impact and (dare I say) integrity had it concluded after a single series.

Well, that's it for now. The true final episode is yet to come then; we'll just have to wait for Series 2.

I planned to buy the DVD for my mum who is off in New Zeland for a while, and had been enjoying the series up til episode 4.
I think she's going to feel a little cheated - as I will too when I hand over the cash.

Or Series 3, or Series 4...heck, it could end up like Heartbeat and it could still be running 10 years later and they're still in the 70s.
Was a good series finale, I guess. We finally found out what that bizarre thing with someone running through the woods saying "Where are you?" was about.

that was the creepy part, bit like the child in dr who saying "are you my mummy?"
so the child sam witnessed the death of the wpc who he then meets as an adult when he goes back and saves her life
sounds a bit dreamy to me, part of the unconcious sam's attempt to change his past bad memory
not sure how his dad pretended to be the driscol brothers or whatever they are called, how did he set up the phone call in the park and why wait around for ages just to make it look convincing to the cops
all sounds a bit odd, well the whole concept of time travel is because there would be so many plot holes, like if adult sam was around in 1973 and had stopped child sam from following his dad and the wpc from being killed by his dad he wouldn't have the memory of it in the first place.
