Life begins, staring Caroline Quentin is back. Yes!! It is such a good programme.

It starts next wednesday (that's February 16th) at 9pm on ITV1.

I see they're moving it from Monday to Wednesday. So will Fat Friends be on Monday now, another series I'm looking forward to. Anyway, can't wait until Life Begins returns, looks very funny from the adverts I've seen.

But Footballers Wives is also coming back soon isn't it? So wheres that gonna go? Its not good enough for Mondays, possibly Tuesdays??? Surprised they moved Life Begins from Mondays, i didn't watch it but it did really well in the ratings.

Footballers Wives isnt starting until late March/early April. Fat Friends is a 6 week long series so FW will probabaly start when that finnishes

Will LIfe Begins do as well on a Wednesday though? It's common knowledge that darams on a Monday Night do considerbaly better because they are helped by Coronation Street which goes before it. But I suppose fdans of the first series will just watch it anyway, no matter what day it is.

Did anybody catch this? I thought it was very good, and Caroline Quentin was marvellous as always. I'm looking forward to next weeks episode.

Life Begins shed almost 2 million viewers for episode two last night. Audience share dropped nearly 10 points to 28%.
A clear pattern is developing for Wednesday night drama on ITV. Making Waves was pulled halfway through its run,Steel River Blues was axed, and recently Distant Shores also shed 2 million viewers during the first few spisodes. Why do ITV insist on scheduling drama on a Wednesday when it is clearly not working?
BTW, I thought the edition last night was very good and it is going to be another great series.It is a pity so many dumped it after just one week.

Serves ITV1 right for putting it on a Wednesday night. Wire in the blood would do much better on a Wednesday night, whilst Life Begins deserves it's old Monday Night slot.
