Liar!

Anyone remember the show Liar a few years ago on BBC2???
Where 5 people were liars and one really was what they said they were and you had to guess which one it was.


What ever happened to that show, it was brillant why did'nt they ever make more???

If nobody remembers, it is probably because it was called "The Enemy Within" and not "Liar".

It was one of the late Harry Thompson's many shows. I liked it a lot, but there was only really one series to be had from the concept (even though they did appeal for people to take part in a second series).

Vaguely remember this - think it went out in the Monday comedy slot, which had disappeared over the last year or so but seems to have now returned.


Remember a couple of other quizzes from the 6-7pm slot, one with Vernon Kay - Headjam I think - and another with Jamie Theakston. Can't recall what it was about, but I remember contestants being locked in a booth together!

They're all the same concept...sorry.

The Enemy Within was a good programme with that guy off Popstars though. Can't remember this Liar programme.

"Headjam" was actually in the 7-7.30 slot. I assume the other one is "Beg Borrow Or Steal". Two quite good shows, certainly much more entertaining than bleedin' "Eggheads".

When will the next series be on??

I think we can safely assume there won't be another series. And yet Eggheads goes on and on. There's no justice.
