Yep - though running FCP doesn't mean your suite is HD capable. For broadcast quality HD editing you need high-end capture systems with HD-SDI in and out and a very high-spec RAID storage system, as well as HD VTRs for I/O (HDCam, HDCam SR, HD-D5 or DVCProHD), unless you are using file based ingest and delivery (Which is now possible for high-end drama production using Genesis, D20, Viper etc.)

(HDV doesn't of course need high-end set-ups - as it is Firewire based and heavily compressed - but then HDV is not deemed HD quality by most broadcasters, and is usually added to the "SD quota" for HD productions. Not sure about the highly compressed XDCam or P2 formats)
