What an improvement on NSE! A quite unique looking regional news programme with a wonderful reworking of the music bed with the London Live sting.
Good as they were, I never really though the 'old' NSE titles worked - but this red set is really good - and unmistakably BBC corporate.
If you're not in LDN you're really missing out on a treat!

Wow this looks like a cool news program! Hope I can get my hands on a copy of it... The bit where the presenter looks downstairs at the sports guy looks super.

From what i've seen, BBC LDN is the best new programme ever (speaking of their presentation).
The simple fact that the set is created on purpose without a newsdesk is great, it's different. Plus the opaque glass behind her is quite stylish.
The only thing that I don't like is the way they do the enterviews, the guest has to be enterviewed standing instead of being on a chair. Why don't they use the sports set downstairs or create a small section right next to the main set with a nice sofa and a coffee table? Just an idea...
I'm quite sad that our channels here (Portugal), don't do anything to inovate, to be better and up-to-dated with all this.... Shame...

you don't have to live in London - you can live in Kent, or any of the other Home Counties, and you can still receive it.
ps - LDN's opt-ins and -outs are much better than any of the other regional progs i've seen -they opt back exactly when the main news titles start on the thunderclap - and their headline bed joins perfectly with the national one. but their own headline bed - the humming one (for want of a better word) is the best i have ever heard - i tune in just for that
