I am still trying to find out which of them possess their molecule of talent.

Just what is their appeal? None, as far as I can see.

Have you actually watched SM:tv Kat ?

I have, Square Eyes, yes.

At the end of each viewing, the same feeling: Why on Earth are they famous?

Sorry, but I find them a total turn-off.

So that was it then.

Impressive line up of guests.

The Secret of my Success sketch was hilarious

Interesting comment about Live and Kicking!

I wonder if Katherine has a point. I love SMTV and still do but last year I bought the Chums video thinking that it would be an hour of light relief but I just didn't laugh once. Maybe its just the time of day that the programme is on and you haven't woken up and then you think everything is funny.

Still having said that, the show today was a pretty damn good show and a great farewell one to boot as well. Unlike the last ever Live and Kicking, what happened there!.

Yeah I happened to see the last 15 minutes of CD:uk this morning, Dec was pretty upset with tears in his eyes right at the end, and the tribute towards them wasn't bad. I've never really liked em and my Dad absolutely hates them but you get used to them presenting that show!

Well, you wouldn't never get anything Captain Justice appearing on Live and Kicking.

Afterall - he disappears with a puff.

<and you won't get that unless you have seen it>

It did something for Saturday Morning television and changed it from Live and Kickings bland cringing format of two puppets, a bucket of slime, and a dreadful selection of features such as 'Stop and Snot' and 'The Biz Quiz' which have got to be the most overused formats ever on Saturday mornings, yet they still rolled them out to try and save viewers.

What's interesting now is what The Saturday Show do next week, and whether they have perfected their show after a few months to get the SMTV audience who will now look over to see what else is on offer now that Ant and Dec have gone, and if not stick with SMTV.

Well i think they should be congratulated for making a very successful tv programme. I think us 'oldies' enjoyed it more than the youngsters as its what we would have wanted to have watched on a saturday morning rather than swapshop or no 73!

The risque jokes and insinuations were brilliant and i for one will miss them on a saturday morning!

They have tried to do a smilar type of programme but in primetime tv (Slap bang!) and personally i dont think it entirely worked as it wasnt in a slot where us oldies shouldntve been watching and they could 'get away' with lots more of the smut and innuendo and so because of that it spoilt it a bit!

They are great on Pop Idol and think they should never stick to ANY programme for more than a year or so because they will get typecast a la Bruce Forsyth now only being a play your cards right host...etc

I was nearly in tears at the end of todays CHUMS and have thoroughly enjoyed MOST episodes of it! Some were a bit tenuous but i think that was part of the intentional joke!

GOOD LUCK TO THE GUYS

I don't usually watch TV on Saturday morning that much, but I always enjoyed Ant and Dec on SM:TV.

Some sketches were funny, some not, but at least (I think) there was a great winning formula that destroyed L&K.

Very sad on last chums. Very good I thought. I laughed but felt sad afterwards.

The guy replacing them has been on the last few shows I have seen. They seem to be easing him into the post. I do not like him and I think that SM:TV will start to do what L&K did when Jamie and Zoe left, nosedive. wait and see>
