He was a regular on Blankety Blank, of course, and a Team Captain on That's Showbusiness so no reason to think he wouldn't have continued to turn up on panel shows. IMDB suggests he did the usual chat show circuit.
OF course, being a guest on a programme is very different to the work involved with being the star of the show.
It was that which I doubt he would be still doing if he was around now.

No, he's one of these people who are appreciated a lot more posthumously than they were when alive. When he died he was doing a daily radio show and his profile wasnt that big.
Obviously there's a lot more opportunities for him these days but I do wonder what his reputation and public opinion would have been like in 2021 - national treasure or outspoken maverick that said something on Twitter out of place and no-one will touch him with a bargepole?

Yes. He might have gone a bit 'Noel Edmunds' or conversely remained the bloke from next door, so sort of, 'Tony Blackburn'

I hope that he would never have turned into another Tony bland Blackburn.
Or a Danny Baker trajectory - critically acclaimed but fairly niche with a loyal but fairly small following, but a bit of a maverick and difficult to find a radio slot for.
Then he makes one stupid mistake on Twitter that knackers his career.

Given Kenny was fired from the BBC twice for Twitter-esque comments, that would have been a dead cert !
Many thanks for all of the replies. A little trip down memory lane.
It appears the BBC series has never been released. Just hope they did not overwrite the recordings.
Cheers...
Did they still wipe stuff in the 80s? They definitely remained intact until at least when Paramount Comedy 2 was about because I recorded them all to DVD. No idea where the discs are though.

They were still wiping stuff as late as 1993.
Most high profile example was Rentaghost, think it was the first series or two that got wiped. The story goes the wiped episodes were later recovered from UK Gold. A bunch of Play School went the same way as well, though more of the newer episodes than the older ones.

The Minister of Transport wife 'bunging' her driving test examinar a fiver to get her a pass.
Tame, by todays standards and on Twitter would struggle to get a three figure likes figure (until the Torygraph or Daily Mail noticed it)
One of the firings was when a BBC camera crew were making a documentary on radio presenters, and followed Ken all the way to outside the room where his 'fate' was going to be decided. He dryly observed the proved how big the BBC actually was, where he was being filmed by one part of the BBC being filmed being fired from another part of the BBC.
