Well in my opinion just like the normal one it's definally car crash tv, you just can't turn it off or you'll miss another ludicrous act or a comment from Mark and Tara, who are taking the whatsit throughout

Quote:
I note they *do* have subtitles, but *not* in English - surely the whole point of Eurovision (apart from the aforementioned Wogan, political voting, scoring etc.) is the ability to mock the lyrics of the various countries.

If you really want to know the english translation, visit itv.com/junioreurovision and they are all there

Interesting to note that once again, ITV are splashing their own DOG mess all over the coverage. If you happen to be watching the Eurovision feed (you know, the one without adverts etc), you'll know that the Sugababes are watching the show in the Green Room, and that your TV/eyes won't be harmed by the awful colour schemes for the country DOG's.

Capture examples...

Yes, I noticed that they're overlaying their own graphic for the country's performance. No idea why - the standard Eurovision one looks a lot nicer and you don't get that lime green and white that we had earlier (which was unreadable!!)

Oh dear there's always one who makes a mess of it isn't there, although why they need to go through the whole thing again just because she said 11 by accident I don't know!

Well it's going to overrun by 10 minutes.

So, no difference to the normal ITV timekeeping then.

I noticed ITV stayed with the "official" programme until the end and therefore displayed the end Eurovision logo - like any good EBU member should when broadcasting a Eurovision production. Unlike the BBC now. Wink

...and TVEi dropped the whole programme altogether as soon as Croatia was announced as winners... hmm...
