North West Tonight at the weekends was always presented by Julia Sharp, for a good few years. She was last on in June! Where has she gone? Nigel Jay has been doing them since June. He used to present breakfast every weekday apart from Monday, when Julia Sharp would do it as well as weekends. Then, Nigel has cut back to two weekdays anbd the weekend, and Tina Bangs has come through to present 3 breakfasts a week?

Can anyone shed any light onto where she's gone? I really miss her!

I believe it was Julia Sharp presenting that Sunday when the programme went out to Look North viewers as well

Yes she was on every weekend from at least November 2000 until June 2001, without fail. She did various others including Breakfast and 10:25. Then she vanished! I might e-mail BBC North West if she doesn't appear by Christmas!

I have to say as a presenter I do prefer nigel in the mornings than tina bangs
