Judge Rinder

Judge Rinder starts on ITV at 2pm next Monday.

From the preview trail shown during Jeremy Kyle this morning, he's a carbon copy of Judge Judy.

But very catty...

His phrases in one advert sound like they've been stolen from the Judge herself!

First episode has just finished...What did everyone think? Eeeeee bit cringey at times I thought...

I agree. I think it's alright... Although I have seen murmurings on Twitter which suggest people would rather see three or four fifteen- to twenty-minute segments than two half-hour ones.

Yeah, I think I'm just to used to Judge Judy and comparing it to that which I shouldn't be doing. But Rinder seemed to get going halfway through. The cases seem to be a bit long winded and could probably be wrapped up in 15 minutes or so...

I don't know if anyone else has watched Judge Rinder yet, but I'm hooked on it and its only the second episode...

I've not had a chance to watch it yet, although from what i've heard it's not everyone's 'cup of tea'..

I'm enjoying it too strangely enough.

I've watched both episodes and I think ITV Daytime have a hit.

I watched the documentary about Gameshows, and saw Judge Rinder show up. I am watching it now, thinking it was another US show. Wow is this the most camp guy you could find. The only way he could be any more queeny is if he were wearing red stockings under that gown.

I am finding myself cringing a bit while watching, but it does seem funny.

He was even more camp on last weeks This Morning, talking about his civil ceremony amongst other things!
