Journey South video

Spotted this on The Hits the other day and thought I was watching an ad for North East tourism.

My question is, the parts of the video where Carl and Andy are performing in an empty studio, were these recorded in the old Tyne Tees studios on City Road? I have a hunch the empty room looks like Studio 5.

Does anyone know for sure? Cheers in advance.
