That poor snowman will never recover from being compared to Professor Robert Winston.

Incidently, The One Show got it's highest ever ratings last night, breaking 6m. Coincidence?

Maybe. Although it actually got it's highest ever ratings on Monday (6.6m)...due to the snow.

Wink

If you disclose your location, Mr Guru may well leave one on the edge of your bed as a reminder of his thoughts on the matter Shocked

And all the little piggies got up on their hind legs and squealed " Two legs good, four legs bad. "

Interesting you should choose a post by *plymouth for your reply Mr Guru.

He is after all known as a member who argues and argues for ages on the wrong side of the fence then when finally proven wrong refuses to admit defeat and goes off on a random evasive tangent.

remind you of anyone?

It's interesting to see that you're still not letting facts get in the way of your generalisations, Hyma!

Hi Showbizguru.

So... did you manage to catch Carol's interview in the Mail regarding this matter?

Eager to hear,

Edinburgh.

Perhaps you'd care to link it so everyone can read it.

I believe it was only in the print version, and I'm afraid I would rather scoop my eyes out with rusty spoons than buy one.

I thought you were the one keen to read her musings on the matter.

Oh dear, you " believe " it was only in the print version.
Do you honestly think the Mail would secure an " exclusive " interview with Carol Thatcher and not have it in their online edition ?
Be a gent and admit you tried to do a bit of stirring and got caught with your pants down.
Carol Thatcher has resisted the temptation - sadly not equalled by the loathsome Adrian Chiles - to justify making public a private conversation.

I don't know, her odious publicist seemed pretty intent on airing her laundry, however dirty it became.

You may, or may not, be interested to know that I tend not to wear pants - so they're neither up nor down.

I'm given to understand that Paul Dacre is a luddite, and doesn't even read the Mail website.

So that makes two of us.

" Given to understand " and " I believe " ?
You're floundering and you're fooling no-one.
Just admit you got it wrong and we'll all move on without you making a complete ass of yourself.
