Nightscreen is only on in the other regions from 5:00 to 5:30 because Jobfinder is on in Yorkshire. Maybe they'll replace it with an extra half hour of The Mint?
are you sure? i would have thought there'd have been a more compelling reason to continue funding the production of nightscreen other then the fact one region opts out. i was under the impression nightscreen counted towards a quota of subtitled programmes or something?

Yes and HTV Wales used to show it at one point as well - but im wondering why Yorkshire is the only region to still show it

probably because htv and central have had their workforces vastly reduced, whilst yorkshire is still a big production centre?
