No - this is a look back at the original series which ran from 1975 to 1995.

I'd ask Jim to fix ITV and make it as good as it was pre-1993 Very Happy

BRILLIANT!!! I'm gonna write Jimmy Saville to see if he can fix it for me to have a date with Carl Barat ( dirty pretty things) in Camden. A camden pub and club crawl would suffice.

You're not too far off, he's 80 now!

Saw this one in the paper today, the famous clip of the Boy Scouts eating their Lunches on a Roller Coaster has been redone, although all the Scouts are now in their late 30's, it would be good to see that one again.

Seems a bit perverse as I no longer have access to UK Gold, but if they could re-run the following items:

    * The girl who wanted to be the test card girl (why though, she was incredibly stony-faced!)
    * Another girl who became a BBC1 announcer for the day, assisted by Peter Bolgar in one of his in-vision appearances. Footage available on MHP (assuming they've fixed the database).
And does this one actually exist? I've often heard about a fix-it where two children pushed the BBC1 globe off the screen, then scrawled "Jim Fixed It For Us!" in its place. Complete fabrication or does it ring any bells?
