Jim Delahunt quits Scotsport

So am I, as two names are missing from that list, Tyrone Smith from Grampian and David Currie from the BBC.
Anyone who believes Dougie or Richard would apply for the job is insane. For obvious reasons neither Derek nor Jane will get the job.

Well he's still there. Have to say the programme looks a bit more professional nowadays - far better opening titles, far safer presentation (almost reminiscent of a higher budget Football First). Shame that it's been stupidly bulked up to 90 minutes despite the lack of any full highlights, resulting in far too much airtime for the likes of Gerry McNee.

Just a couple of other observations:
1. 83STV - I like that - works even better than 80XFM.
2. Is Scotsport the only football programme to give away the results of every single match before they show them? I know there's a two day delay, but some people might try to avoid the results, have forgotten them or whatever. It just seems bizarre.

Jim Delahunt started his new job at Setanta yesterday along with Ally McCoist, but he does not leave Scotsport until next month.
Meanwhile, Jim White makes his debut presenting the Celtic v FC Copenhagen Champions League match on Tuesday. Stv are opting out of the networked Manchester United game, and are heavily promoting the Celtic match. IMO, there is too much white in this promo, it looks very stark.
