Right thanks Mr T, but really all I'm seeing is the exact same page in Japanese writing. rofl.

Try running parts of it through Babelfish on Alta Vista (http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish/tr). Putting in the URL only translates to a certain point, but you could try some of the chunks of text. From what I've translated they seem to be talking about Iraq and the Middle East mostly, and the BBC and CNN's coverage (although it's hard to tell much from the translation!). There is a mention of the BBC World Breakfiller though (see below).
It all comes out as this type of thing -
