Hi guys,

I don't have Sky so I've never seen 'ITVi' in action, but I was looking at ITV's new corporate pages today and stumbled across this logo and as I haven't seen it here or anywhere else before, I thought I'd post it...

http://www.btinternet.com/~snowdonssalon/tmp/itvi.gif

Is it new or is this totally old news...?

Nothing new. The logo was discussed here ad nausiam when it first appeared.

Nor is that presentation document you've started a thread about - why have you suddenly started digging up stuff from the website that has been there for ages already?!

Good god, why is everyone here so hostile to things that they've seen before, but other people haven't? Rolling Eyes

It's neigh on impossible to know EVERYTHING that's been posted on here, so lets have less of the friction. It's unecassary and unhelpful...

I hadn't seen either of the things that Snowdon's posted today and found both reasonably interesting...

So thanks Pete Wink

Well, I've gotta say, this is the most revolutionary idea ITV have ever thought of! I mean, renaming the website to 'itvi' is an excellent idea, something I bet the BBC won't even think of for years on...oh.

Good god, why is everyone on here unable to detect a lack of seriousness. Just because I fail to use the delightful Cool emoticons, doesn't mean I'm having a go. Hence the inclusion of an exclamation mark along with the question mark. Very Happy Smile Idea

In my own defence, if I'd found a document dated as it was, it would occur to me that it had already been seen and I would decide not to create a new thread about it. If I did feel I wanted to show everyone the interactive logo, I'd include that in the same thread.

Whilst on the subject of ITV.com - does anyone know what the flash presentation on this page is all about? I'm aware that it's trying to get at advertising...somehow... but most of it seems completely random.

Also, on the ITV.com homepage, under the ITV INFO header on the left, there are links to OFCOM Review (I suppose that's understandable), the BBC Charter Review site, and "ITV Ads", which is in fact this site, visit4info.com. Why!?

Thank you, we'll have less Wink

Seriously though, it is one of my pet hates of the forum, people having a go at other people when it's not necessary at all. And sorry DAS if it was meant in jest, it was just an example of said pet hate Wink
