However that's not for here.

How about Chris Tarrant as one of the presenters. He's been on ITV for years, ever since ATV

Actually that's good idea he's far more of a recognised ITV star.

The fact is Deeley and Schofield are doing it!

Oh well if they are doing it good luck to them. They have been presenting for quite a while (especially Schofield).

Plus not many of ITV's stars stay committed to them:

Phillip Schofield - BBC1 & ITV1
Cat Deeley - BBC1 & ITV1 )although Fame Academy has now finishe)
Davina McCall - BBC1, ITV1 & Channel 4 (does she still do anything fotr ITV?)
David Jason - BBC1 & ITV1

In actual fact there's not many now

I think even Carol Vorderman was doing BBC1, ITV (as it was then) & Channel4 at one stage, is that right ?

And good luck to them, I'll still be watching on Saturday and being thankful that it's not Gaby Roslin, Kirsty Gallacher or Neil Fox!!

Yes thank God "Foxy" isn't doing it. I think even Capital FM have got rid of him as well (although Richard Bacon isn't a good replacement at all)

I'd have Chris Tarrant presenting with Cat. If we're talking the ITV connection thing. But I am comfortable with Philip Schofield as he is very good.

I've changed my mind I won't be watching because I've seen the Top 10. I'm A Celebbrity, Saturday Night Takeaway and A Touch Of Frost!?! Are these f*cking shows really the best out of ITV's 50 years of broadcasting. That's why the general public should be kept away from some polls. ITV viewers really are thick as $hit!!

One of the good things about having Schofield is that he's something of a broadcasting anorak himself, so he'll be mindful of ITV's history.

I remember reading a few weeks ago in the Sun (probably completely wrong!) that the Muppets would be no.1 in the poll and on the final day of voting was way out in the lead. Obviously we find out at the weekend if this is the case.

If Celeb Love Island's in the Top 10, I'm leaving the country!
