ITV50 Presentation

Late Night Love on the GWR network is claiming it's 10 years old. This is probably the case but my local GWR station never took Graham Torrington on until 1996/97 when Chris Moyles left that 10pm-1am slot.

That blows away all hope of the new logo replacing the ITV50 pres then.

Only people who ignore press stories and listen to forum rumours would ever have thought that was going to happen.

The ITV50 branding has had a good innings though, I expected it just to be for 2 weeks

ITV 50 presentation dropped today then.

Confirmed also from ITN; the usual endcap has returned to ITV News.

Also, just been on itv.com and strangely, the ITV 50 celebration continues there.

So when do we think the rebrand new look will be.

New Year.

Well I can't see them getting rid of the logo anytime soon, why would they pay for new signs for the ITV Tyne Tees building with the current logo and also have the four boxes underneath?

They are getting a new logo. Anyway it shouldn't cost that much to remove a little plastic sign from TTTV.

Pointless them putting it up a few weeks ago then really. They'd left the studios without one for a few months, a few months more wouldn't have harmed.

In these situations usually they put up cheap signs like the ITV Westcountry one (Well it looks far cheaper than the ITV Tyne Tees one)

We'll see maybe the boxes will stay for local news.
