Seeing as ITV50 is just around the corner, just wondered when all these special programmes are going to be transmitted. Is it just going to be over a weekend or will there be a special week for the event.
And what programmes are going to be shown? I've heard there's going to be:-
Ant and Dec's Bullseye
Ant and Dec's Golden Shot
but what other programmes are going to be on? Any details about the forthcoming schedule would be nice? :
- Ant & Dec's Gameshow Marathon
- "Best Ever" An Audience With...
- ITV's 50 Best Ever TV Moments
- 50 Best Ever TV Ads
- 50 Years Of ITN
- 50 Years Of ITV Sport
- What Did ITV Ever Do For Me? (documentary on stars who got their first break on ITV)
- It'll Be Alright On The Night ITV50 Special
- Avenue of the Stars
Can his thread be the thread which members tell us when certain programmes where on, because I had a lucky break finding out about The Peoples Channel by accidently recording ITV Nightscreen?

So when is all this happening then? Ant and Dec's Gameshow Marathon? I thought they were only going to present 3 revivals - hardly a marathon?

I think ITN's offering is being broadcast on the 27th September, so it should all be around about then.
Next Thursday 1st September this is being recorded in The London Studios:
ITV FIFTY
2005 sees ITV’s fiftieth anniversary and throughout the year the channel will be celebrating its half-century, culminating in a season of programmes in September called "The ITV 50."
The centrepiece of these celebrations will be a three-hour prime-time spectacular hosted by Phillip Schofield and Cat Deeley to be broadcast on ITV1.
The show will pay tribute to the fifty programmes from ITV’s first fifty years which have been voted by viewers as the channel’s best loved and most memorable.
The programme will make its own bit of ITV history, as this is the first time that the whole Saturday night schedule has been given over to a single show.
We are inviting you to join us for this special event for ONE NIGHT ONLY on Thursday 1st September at The London Studios on London's South Bank.
Tickets have now been snapped up but it'll be shown "as live" in September.
