ITV4 will launch in November, with a range of programme for us men to watch. Yes, we're so important we've been relegated in priorities to ITV's fourth channel - and even have to share it with the kids!
But is ITV4 really neccessary? Surely the dramas would work just as well on ITV3, while ITV2's schedule is hardly so overcrowded the sport has to be moved to another channel.
Also, a point I've made before but on Freeview ITV's own mux is full, meaning ITV4 will be on the Crown Castle Mux D - which not all Freeview viewers can receive.
Anyway, here is the line up from MediaGuardian: http://media.guardian.co.uk/broadcast/story/0,7493,1574308,00.html
And finally, taking a broader look at digital TV, do you think TV companies should be able to launch channel after channel after channel? Would you prefer OFCOM to have a higher quality threshold in determining who they give broadcast licences too?

ITV's new digital channel aimed at men, ITV 4, launches on November 1 with a programming line-up including a raft of US shows such as the new version of Kojak, starring Pulp Fiction actor Ving Rhames.
ITV 4 will feature a mix of US imports, movies and sport, including Champions League football and boxing.
"ITV 4 brings a whole new dimension to the ITV family of channels, premiering brand new US shows and premium US sporting events as well as quality movies and great comedy," ITV 4 channel editor Stephen Arnell said.
New US programming on the channel will include Kojak, starring Rhames in the role made famous by Telly Savalas, with Chazz Palminteri as his police boss.
Wanted stars Gary Cole as the leader of a covert crime-fighting squad tracking down LA's 100 most-wanted fugitives.
Michael Madsen features in another US drama import, A Vengeance Unlimited; while in the reality show Invasion Iowa, William Shatner hoaxes a small American town into believing he's shooting a sci-fi movie there.
Other new US programming on the channel will include a TV mini-series spin-off from the movie, Traffic; politically incorrect comedy show, Crank Yankers; and a reality format, The Assistant, in which 12 contestants compete to become PA to a Hollywood star.
ITV 4 will also feature older US programming, including cult comedy The Larry Sanders Show and David Letterman show.
Other library titles on the channel include Dark Skies, American Gothic and Homicide: Life on The Street. As well as live Champions League football and boxing, ITV 4's sports output will also include the Tour de France and the World Poker Challenge.
