ITV3 is currently the third most popular multi channel offering, only trailing ITV2 & Sky One & neck and neck with CBeebies.

ITV's multi channel share is compensating for a decline in the ITV1 audience.

Isn't that what they are doing? Sitting down and assessing all the posibilities before launching the channel.

They haven't themselves announced anything formal yet, they just keep drip feeding stuff to the press and shareholders so they know they are actually doing something

Yes, but don't you think this launch is too soon after the launch of ITV3?
