You are probably aware that ABC has had some success with the US version of C4's Wife Swap (made by RDF), with C4 screening the US episodes here.
Next week ITV2 begin screening Vactation Swap USA. It's the US version of Holiday Showdown (also made by RDF) but has been broadcast as part of the Wife Swap series.
So it looks like effectively the rights to a series have been split between two stations. Would RDF hold the rights and therefore split them inline with how the UK series air - or have perhaps C4 passed on the rights to the Vacation Swap episodes?
A different line, but ABC has just screened the first episode of Brat Camp USA, which won the biggest audience of the night.
Along with homegrown hits Lost and Desperate Housewives, British programmes have featured heavily in revamping ABC. Other shows include Supernanny and Dancing with the Stars (Strictly Come Dancing).
