An hour of news at 12.30 on a Sunday?
Also remember that the reason why there are no returning strands or regular timed show on a Sunday afternoon, is because F1 returns in March and from late April until September, the European races will be needing airtime between 12.00 and 3.30pm.
Added to this ITV also have the rights to the British Touring Car and British Superbikes championships it's going to be motorsport taking up great swathes of airtime each Sunday afternoon during the summer.

A few problems with it:
The Championship usually goes at 9:25, CiTV comes back when it's ended.
1 hour news on a sunday will never happen, make Croc Diaries 1hr and have 15min news and 15min regional news.
Supernatural can't happen before 9pm as it will be cut to shreds.

The Regional News moved back to 1.55pm, on its own away from any other current affairs
And the ITV News moved to the end of Jonathan's programme, so 11.20am rather than 10.25am is a bit better.
I suggest maybe they should start doing 4 bulletins a day on a Sunday. 10.25am, Lunchtime, 6.40pm and late. This would have been easy if the News Channel was still broadcasting, as the 'Live with...' newsreader could have done the 10.25am, with the ITV1 reader starting with the Lunchtime News

The regional news at 1.55pm is much better.
Its quite a long day for the ITV news presenter with the first bulletin at 11.20am (meaning they would need to be there hours before) and the final bulletin of the day at something like 11pm.

Good to see the schedule a bit more back to normal today, but note they did have ITV News at both ends of JD, albeit at the beginning it was merely Nina Hossain with the main Headlines from the ITN Newsroom.
I was quite surprised to see a Church service at 9.25am, more surprising the fact that there hasn't been any Sunday Morning Religious programming for sometime now, probably since when My Favourite Hymms was dropped. Though I would have thought that CiTV would have filled The Championship's slot this week.
