Granada weather has just had a relaunch at the same time of the Granada reports relaunch. The graphics are new with the Irish Sea having circles in it as in the 'blue' area of the Granada Reports studio and spookily like the Tyne Tees logo.
The weather graphics are good - more like the BBC ones than the ITV ones, the graphics for FOG and MIST still seem to use old typeface rather than the new one used for the place names and summary end board. We still don't have an on screen presenter.
The sponser is United Utilities 'Your new name for North West Water.

Scottish TV has just recently changed their weather graphics, and it's awful.  For those who don't know, they've changed the Scotland map to 3D, and they go all over the country and show what the weather will be doing.  The only trouble with this is that ITVs weather's always wrong, so I never trust it!

Are they the same as the ITN News Channel?

I couldn't tell you Billy as I don't have the ITN News channel! You would need to post some pics or something so that I can see.
