ITV1 problem

ITV1 just a static logo on screen for about 10 seconds and played the FA Cup sponsorship sting twice before missing the start of the news.

Did STV (who weren't showing the FA Cup) get the very start of the news?

ITV Yorkshire got the start of the news

Did you get the VERY start of the news? This is what was on Meridian (South). Its not like we missed anything, but it was not a clean start to the news. We also saw half a promo for an awards show. I have not seen that promo before, what awards show is it for?

In Tyne Tees (and I guess the other Leeds controlled regions) we didn't get the start of that trail, instead the Bet365 endboard hung around for a bit longer before crashing into the the very start of the news.

This is what I saw (on ITV1 Yorkshire) - Bet 365 sting being played after the ITV Sport endcap. Picture froze at the very end of the sting, and then there was a cut to a static ITV1 logo for about ten seconds. The Bet 365 sting was promptly played for a second time, and then there was a fade to an ITV1 trailer. That was faded out after just a few seconds and the ITV News headline sequence began playing.

UTV were fine.

They had the merest flicker of the second bet365 sting, switched almost immediately to a trailer, then had Julian V/O intro to ITN. Joined the programme about the same time as shown, slightly late.

If there was chaos on their dirty feed, they surely didn't let it show
