I know from past internet sessions that Carlton (West Country) has had that sunset/eclipse heart ident for ages, but I have never seen it here in my region - Carlton (Central) - until after the recent USA events.

Has this ident ever been used by Carlton (London)?

The sunrise ident is very rare on Carlton London, this year I had only seen it 3 times before the recent events.

BTW: The quickly capped Real File I did is now available, albeit in a strange ratio in parts.

HTV use its own version of the sunset ident where the black heart morphs into the 'V' in HTV.

i only remember this 'eclipse' central ident from around the queen mother's 100th birthday... dont think ive seen it since until this week.

Was this ident used yesterday when normal programmes were interrupted at about 5.30pm yesterday?

BBC1 used a still - like used on the phone number message used after Eastenders (for a rape charity?) - with 'News Report' written on it.

Well Tyne Tees was broadcasting live at the time, so the programme just went straight into the news, with an intro from Ian Payne, sports presenter. I have it on video tape if anyone's really that bothered

YTV was showing Soccer Sunday, so they may have cut straight to ITN too. But I meant anywhere .
