Did anyone notice a little change on the ITV1 Breakbumper today? Instead of the ITV logo spinning it now just has the full logo coming up and then its all blur.
When returning it also fades into the programme/trailer. Perhaps it's just Leeds that are doing this. It still seems strange though having it back into the programme.
I wonder why they don't use sound on break bumpers, in a similar way as Sky One uses the bleeps and little sounds, and E4 uses their photo taking noise.
I assume it's in most of the UK, but I really don't like it, I much preferred the logo when it spun, it looks terrible now. It looks so bad I thought they might be having technical difficulties when I first saw it.

Perhaps the cube just spun on the Leeds feed, as it had to be longer due to not having a bumper to come bakc in on.

Yeah it sounds like the 'new' breakbumper is one of the ones we have had here in MeridianLand since the new look was introduced. Although we do get the logo spining in junctions where there are no adverts.
