This seems to be true for companies that used to be owned by Granda. But I have seen a (c) ITV credit too (in one case on the production caption). I'm wondering if these are for programmes produced by the former Carlton companies?

Possibly but it said ITV Productions on This Morning the first day of the new look, but now im sure its reverted back to a Granada Television production. The former Carlton companies make very little programmes. Its mainly LWT, YTV and Granada.

I think even from day 1 of the new look all networked programmes were credited to the actual "Limited Company" at the production centre and only the EndCap said ITV Productions. The only programmes now made by the former-Carlton companies (shown on ITV1) are regional only and show - (c) ITV plc and an EndCap saying "A Production for ITV 1"

That's certainly my experience in the Westcountry region.

Today with Des and Mel is made by Carlton (London) I think but that isnt on air at the moment. I cant think of any other recent Carlton productions.
