Quite like the block graphics on the astons but not so sure for full screen.

I like the menu graphic that is based on the title sequence. It all looks quite nice so far graphic wise.

Strange how it wasn't raining in the betting ring, and he didn't know about the non runner...

The titles and especially the full screen race graphic even though of course done on computer feels very old fashioned.

Well the weather bit was pointless. We could tell it was raining.

Horrible aliasing on the full screen graphics.

Ed Chamberlin is a class act, multiple former colleagues at Sky offering him support and best wishes this morning.

There is racing next Saturday on ITV4, which could have been screened on main channels since itv has a film. it would have kept the profile of the new aqqustation fresh in peoples minds. I dare say there might also be a new itv4 ident.

3e using their own (or at least modified) opening titles with TV3 Racing branding. Not sure why they bothered as the entire programme is ITV Racing branded after that.

Also for whatever reason they also seemed to intermittently cut from the ITV show to a stadium feed.

STV did the same, ie titles endbroad.

It's not too bad I didn't see the opening titles, it just said an itv Racing production for itv, I presume it's a different team but same technical setup?

Different producers and talent, many of the crew have transferred over. NEP are still the main facilities provider.

He will surely be ITV's lead football presenter by the World Cup.
