ITV West adverts

Is anyone watching ITV west this evening and noticed that the adverts being shown do not match the sound been played.
Is this happening in any other ITV region?
UTV would never make such a cock up.

The continuity is coming from ITV wales, but adverts are still been shown.
The programme currently been heard is the Ferret, but being shown is The way we were.

No problem watching it here in Newcastle!!?

Indeed, adverts are the important bits, they make money. The news doesn't of course, and perhaps that's why they're not so fussy with that. There was a lovely shot of an empty UTV Live studio for about 30 seconds when we should have been watching the ITV Lunchtime News today...

I'm sorry, even though my Geography isn't as great as it used to be, Newcastle in in the NORTH-EAST, not the West.

Yes, but the only bit of geography you need to watch ITV West in Newcastle is how to point your dish at 28.2 degrees east of south!

I'm just confused as to how the moguls at ITV West will cope with the fact that they actually had THREE viewers for a while, albeit two of them were out of the region!

ahem, but even if the sky box was in newcastle, surely not you would need to get to west via other channels? therefore the majority of people would not be able to receive it because they don't know or cannot be bothered or care.

Even I worked out that he was using his sky box to see ITV west.

I was definitly watching it in Bristol, the same happened this morning on Breakfast, the news shown was points west but the sound was BBC London.
