Is the website being promoted on Yorkshire ITV, last time I saw it, it wasn't there!

I don't think it is! I've not seen it yet!
But I think the site is a corporate site and not for 'Yorkshire ITV' as such. I think it's to show off what Yorkshire does and how it's part of Granada Media.
It's not a website for viewers really, it's the corporate website. There is no details of programmes, it's mainly about the facilities, production and resources at YTV, http://www.yorkshire-tv.co.uk will be the main site, but since G-Wizz closed nothing has arrived.

Thanks for the YTV URL. I haven't seen it before.
Cheers,

You should've checked my sig - there's a link in it!
Why does YTV have a corporate website anyway? They are not a company anymore!! They are just another cog in the Granada machine, just like Tyne Tees, Anglia, LWT and the rest. It's about time YTV lost their superiority complex, don't you think??

Hopefully any new revamp brings back the 3d version of the chevron logo, I hate the current idents Yorkshire use on screen, so bland and boring.
Are Yorkshire and Tyne Tees the only ones using regional idents now?
No, Channel TV uses a regional ident too. UTV never adopted the generic look, and Scottish and Grampian are SMG generic - no iTV branding, but the two regions have identical idents (the channel name is the only difference.) As for the YTV logo, the one on the local ident is more 3D than the website one which I posted here!

Strictly speaking, that address is invalid - just says 'coming soon.' This logo from the site, has a On Request url! If it's missing from here, the site has changed.
In the meantime, please visit www.onrequest.co.uk to find out more about the great blockbuster movies we're currently showing, fantastic competitions, special offers, full listings and everything you need to know about the service.
