ITV thread

I am very concerned with the state of this forum. Going back a few years within minutes of new idents airing screen grabs and video would instantly be available on here from many contributors.

It seems that no-one is that bothered with new ident launches and graphics.

Ive seen the garden one a few times and its really nice - reminiscent of the BBC One garden fairies one but yellow and with no circles!

Also the building one with all the windows wobbling and going yellow is also pleasant to view.

Cant wait to see the rest.

PS new Rugby World Cup 2007 break bumper aired earlier aswell!

Still haven't seen 'Fountains' but saw the garden one before Emmerdale and it's my favourite so far. I still hate the music and the fact it's the same one used for every ident - but apart from that, I really like them.

The logo size is silly though because now they have no real consistency between the idents introduced in November, and the four they've added today.

Does anyone remember a few months back when the position of the WALES logo on the itv1 idents moved to the bottom and was made much bigger?

Well I reckon it happened at the same time when the decision was made to make the itv1 logo bigger on the idents.

It now lines up nearly perfectly under the itv portion of the itv1 logo.
It still needs moving up to sit underneath the itv logo mind!

I agree, instead of discussing the launch of new idents, all discussion seems to be on stuff that hasn't happened. ECPs, DOGs, the new set on Loose Women and Christmas of all things

Haven't seen ITV yet today, but the responses to the additional symbols are promising. That same old music though is the huge weak spot of the whole set - if they could switch it up a bit, it really would boost the lot.

What's wrong with discussing Loose Women's set? It's on ITV, it's happened today...what's up with that?

Oh SNAP! That's just what I was thinking right now. It seems since YouTube came along the contribution died down.

The shows why a generic thread "The ITV Thread" is totally ridiculous and too widespread. The topics should be in seperate threads

I can not believe what I have just seen. From what I had read on here I expected something big but that is supersize to the absolute extreme.

The logo really spoils the otherwise nice ident (Bubbles).

I see nothing wrong with the logo, it looks fine. On the idents used before today, the logo was way to small.

100% better with the logo being larger.
