Football First (aka The Goal Rush) always used to come from Meridian (Maidstone I think) - and I assume this is still the case, though looking at it this afternoon everything's been ITV Sport rebranded.

Football first WAS produced by Meridian, but from the Southampton studios.
The Goal Rush, seems to now come from what could be an ITV corporate football studio - which would probably be from LWT
On digital's 'On Goals' show came from here, in fact using the back (unseen bit) of the This Morning studio.

Was being the oprative word. Accroding to the production caption Granada are now doing it.

If Granada are doing it, they're probably using the London Studios.
Granada seems to do a lot of sports programming for ITV Sport. They also did International Motor Racing at 1.10 this afternoon.:
