ITV Sport

Before the Big Fight Live, and F1, there is a new ITV Sport bumper, weird though as it has the current button ITV Sport logo, but with a purple background. Very similar to previous ITV night time idents. Why introduce a new animation, so close to a rebrand?

Because it's quite likely the ITV logo isn't changing.

They said they would get rid of the blue and yellow and the squares so maybe it'll be joined up again and different colours.

But the ITV Sport logo featured is still Blue and Yellow, plus I think they've made it look lovely and shiny.

They've also added the purple to graphics, similar to sky sports. The ones featured within the boxing flashed on with the purple lines, made a noise and spun.
It should be interesting to see the champions league coverage tonight to see if they incorporated anything in with that. At least they can't get any worse than the horrible yellow and orange graphics they use for the championship!
