I agree about Emmerdale, its been sooooo boring and crap this week, the storylines with Eddie Hope and Nicola and that bloke have been absolute rubbish. And yes it is so unrealistic that Katie would sleep with that sleeze Robert, and then she didnt seem to feel guilty at all which is even more unrealistic as isnt she supposed to be in love with Andy. At least if she must have an affair have one with someone nice like Scott, not that creep Robert
I dont think Sarah is a slapper - she made one mistake when she was 13 but she is now in a serious relationship with Todd, Maria is more of a slapper than Sarah, I see she is going to get back with Nick again, even though her supposed mate Candice is with him.
Your Daily Soap -- FDA recommended daily allowance
Because of the overwhelming mental challengedness of ITV viewers, ITV should be moving towards the "stripping model" of scheduling.
Every night, be it Woden's day, Saturn's day, or Sunday, 19:00h - 20:00h should be soap hour, with
19:00 being Emmerbore, and 19:30h being Consternation Street.
The other hours of the evening should be similarly arranged so that the same programs or same type of programs appear every night at the same time. In this way, people who have trouble knowing which stations they are watching (which is after all why it is necessary to have a large BUG on the screen) will not be confused as to when their daily junk food diet of soap is broadcast, and they will not be deprived of this regardless of the day of the week.
Similarly, the same episode should be repeated at the same time on ITV+2, oops ITV-2 I mean.
ITV+1, ITV+2, ITV+3 etc are coming but are sadly not yet on the air.
I look forward to the time when it will be possible to watch Coronation Street at any time of the day on ITV+24, etc.

Sorry but what else can I say about her? At 13, she should NOT have been experimenting with sex. Neil "Tomcat" Fearns wasn't even admonished. Oh well, she paid the price in the end.

I wonder if you'll ever pull your head out of the eighteenth century?
I'm sure you'll find it was a consentual act on both sides [by legal minors, granted]. Neil wasn't a main character so we don't know what "admonition" went on at his house. Sh*t happens, Coronation St just reflects this.

For heavens sake, STOP WATCHING THEN. Of hundreds of digital channels, you have to choose Emmerdale, and then go into explicit detail why it was crap. Vote with your remote then and don't watch ?

I do have to agree here! Jez watches Emmerdale, Shortland Street, Crossroads and Coronation Street and yet he hates all of the main characters and storylines?!

Or it just sensationalises to push up ratings. To admonish means chastise or punish, neither which sadly happened to Neil Fearns.
