Also noticing that the logo looks like a pistol at first sight. Nothing wrong with it much, I'd concur with what Whataday has said, but it somehow looks like ITV have shot themselves in the foot with this.
Pricing puts it at a hard sell - and Eubank Jr, isn't a huge star to sell as PPV material. I'm fairly certain that it will be a hard sell for ITV as a whole.
Update: The website is live - and people who buy the event early are paying only £9.95. Orders begin on 20th January for Sky, and ten days later for Virgin.
Sky's definitely going to grant a channel number for ITV Box Office, but as far as the website is concerned, Virgin Media users are able to watch it On Demand live.
Clearly social media (and apps) were the last thing on the minds of the logo designers. Why not, I don't know, make the logo a box, to fit any site, app etc, and would somewhat like to the 'box' in box office.
