I.T.V Plc, formed by the merger of Carlton & Granada has revealed its new logo.

Unlike its current 3D effect logo, the new version is much more simple in design, and comparable to the BBC's logo.

The logo, which will hit the screens of I.T.V1, I.T.V2 and I.T.V News on April 5th, is part of a wider re-branding exercise within I.T.V Plc.

The launch of the new logo also coincides with the introduction of an on-screen 'bug' to I.T.V1.

Yes, I think looking at that logo, and the calendar, tells all. Also, have a close look at the URL in your browser, and the image source. Since when was Media Guardian at "matgo.co.uk", and when did they host their images at Real Verdict?
