Can someone tell me what a person viewing ITV in Grampian (Launched in '61) would watch beofre Grampian launched? Static or the nearest ITV company or what?

Was it similar to BBC?

They wouldn't have been watching ITV before Grampian launched.... there would have been no ITV on air (unless of course they lived far enugh south to recieve Scottish)
