Debbie Lindley is still on maternity leave and Simon Gilbert left at the beginning of last year. Is it me, but for some reason Granada only seem to get Kerrie and Jon all of the time now, Jo makes an odd appearance and Steve does it every now and again. Is this how it's been fairing on YTV, TTTV and Border, or are Granada lumbered with the same people. (Got nothing against Kerrie and Jon, but it gets boring when they're on everyday)

Jo Blythe and Jon Mitchell do most bulletins for the Border region. Steve hardly ever appears, and Kerrie Gosney now and again ( well in fact tonight !! ).

Meridian are not doing it in 14:9, instead doing it as below, also note the region name on the first couple of slides.

Well now I don't know why Wales don't get tide times as well, with no doubt the most coastline of all of these regions. Mind you I don't think they understand about the seaside in Birmingham.
There are no sunrise/sunset times either [to make it all even more bland] -- it's as if everyone lives in a cave.
Surely the old ITV graphics were much better than all this business, but either way I shall miss Charlie's pictures.

TTTV's was the same style, different image. There area also similar versions used for the high tide, and I assume the barometer. The Lookahead looks too empty compared to the old slide, but the sub-regional maps are still there, as are Bob's place names and weather village. The yellow info strap (a la GMG) has also been removed, Bob doesn't seem to like them.
