Few weeks down the line, and I just don't get these ident. I understand how there been able to add in new one etc and the easter versions and the summer one soon aswell I dare say, but in general I dont get them.
What's not to get? Or would you rather a cake spinning around which is arguably as meaningless?

I I'm honest I really like this idea that itv have, it's quite exciting to wait to see what ident is on next hoping it's a new one or your favourite one. I can't wait for the summer ones

A wide variety of idents for a wide variety of programmes. And ident for every occasion. And when you say the idents are 20 years old? How? 20 years ago itv, BBC and channel 4 idents or any channel for that matter had very plain idents. For example channel 4 was a black background with a multicoloured 4 on it.

I was wondering why ITV don't do this because as we have seen they have done it with SNT & Broadchurch. So why not for the main ITV shows like Coronation Street and This Morning?
I noticed on the new idents, the logo stays on screen all the time. Has this also been changed on the original ones when before it used to disappear off screen?

Nope, the sport line painting ident faded out just now.
Did anyone else just see the dog walking ident on ITV2? Quite a big difference though... the dog no longer looked like a lion, it now looked like a panda!!

A nice change actually, to keep the same idents but change aspects of them.
