ITV Rebrand 2013

I don't think the logo reaction means much. The previous logo was nothing to write home about. My initial reaction was similar, but it does grow on you. I think the main thing is there's more they can do with it, so it does have great potential even the current execution is lacking.

And yes, the Pugwash ident has proved quite popular on Twitter. It's been used at least twice tonight already, so they've definitely clocked on to the positive reaction, although I hope they don't start overusing it considering how many idents they've made.

Aren't they back in one of the other studios at GIR, although I doubt one desk in a largely green environment looks much different to Mark Austin than any other.

It's a shame they didn't change the 'VR lighting' on the side panels/floor to make it look more subdued/serious for NAT.

There are quite a few different areas within that new VR set that could be adapted for different times of day without losing the generic concept.

Last Orders in Yorkshire had the same, just with Yorkshire instead of London at the bottom of course. I don't normally watch it, what endcap did these shows use previously?

Oh dear no weather just a static itv logo instead!

National or regional? And what was this static slide anyway, the same one as when ITV+1 can't show something, minus the text?

The irony that ITV actually managed to lose the weather, probably DUE to the weather.
