The main itv and itv productions logos are bland tosh, far inferior to the excellent mocks we see on this site. Who are paying these amateurs?

Or could it be that these logos, representing corporate itv and extinct regional identity, irk me.

TBH, The previous logo was more t****erific, then this one, sometimes simple but effective can work. (logo wise not ITV1's crappy idents and the new productions endcap, it's made me release the previous "Granada" endcap was great, but we all didn't see it.). Regionality is dead, it started to die in 1992.

If, and if,

I had the money to create a c.3. franchise, I would make regional content, use regional identy, and remain independent from the the rest of 'independent' television's, almost batched, and 'processed' national look.

Launch Slogan 'Returning / Restoring the soul of independent television?

However we can only dream of a regional channel 'from the heart of the region' Wink.

Starting on 1 January 2007 ITV plc will operate the ITV Network.[citation needed]

What is the deal with this?

Is ITV Network Limited a regulatory body, with similar rights to OFCOM, or is it unofficial?
