Must have missed Jane Lynch as the new Weakest Link presenter. Sounds like she's a great fit for the role as she'said already proven in many roles that she can be a stern / hard character (ie Sue Sylvester in Glee) so should be interesting to see if she fits the role as well as Anne Robinson did.
With ITV showing a few ITV Wales regional programmes on the network, including one that is on now, I wonder if they could also arrange to show some UTV/STV regional programmes?
I’m guessing both broadcasters have some countryside shows that would be appropriate

They could play Sean’s Scotland from stv but it’s presented by Sean batty the stv weatherman so I doubt many people outside of Scotland know who he is. Surprised stv took wonders of the coast path and didn’t play eat, shop, save in its place because they ran Scotland tonight instead of that.

It depends on the programme, Coastal Paths has Sean Fletcher who is a familiar face to viewers, something like Lesser Spotted Ulster from UTV for example might be a bit too regional as would Sean's Scotland.
It was great to see an ITV Wales programme networked on ITV. The endcap even said ITV Cymru Wales production for ITV which is something that could work for other programmes produced throughout the UK e.g ITV Salford or ITV Leeds productions rather than just ITV Studios.
The programme was shown on ITV Wales a few months ago and was therefore billed as a repeat in tv guides in Wales.
Its a shame the English regions aren't required to produce any local content apart from news and political programmes as there could be an abundance of shows to network on ITV to fill the gaps left by less soaps being shown at the moment.
I've just noticed something rather unusual on a programme on ITV Hub.
It was at the end of the 2nd part of Prince Charles - Inside The Duchy of Cornwall, which was shown on ITV3 on Sunday (which was a repeat from last year).
It featured a "BBC Studios for ITV" endcap, followed by a "Distributed by Fremantle" sting.
The Fremantle sting seemed a bit odd, and wasn't included at the end of the 1st part which was shown the week before.
