ITV presentation refresh in the New Year

Fairly obvious why, can you imagine the controversy of they saw in the New Year by showing what is going on in London? As you know, Hogmanay is a big deal

Hogmanay is bigger than Christmas in Scotland, so much that Scotland has a different New Year Bank Holiday on 2nd January.

Unlikely I'd have thought, they'll want it on the bigger channel. Despite everyone having access to the new channel they won't risk the backlash by putting sassonach new year on BBC1. They will have the issue that they'll not be able to shift Graham Norton etc onto BBC 2 like they normally do.

I see BBC One Scotland have really dumped the premiere of Ab Fab The Movie on New Year's Eve to 1.50am in New Year's Morning. Wow! BBC Scotland were allowed by the network to do that?

Glasgow can do what it likes, but if the network doesn't have any free slots for the rest of the week..

It is a movie premiere on prime time BBC One, I would have thought BBC network would have exerted some control.

Surely there is a 10.45pm slot on the Wed, Thu or Fri it could go in. To be honest though 1.50am is probably the sort of slot it should be in.

Sure about that? Made in 2016 so about the right time for it to be shown on FTA TV. Radio Times has it listed as a premiere? Happy to be corrected!

I thought they would keep the colour picking as it is a good idea and works, just looks like the have made the "I" and the "v" more 3d then the "t"
